Your user photographs their document, then their face, guided at every step.

Identity card and passport, front and back. Driving licence and residence permit: the capture is accepted, the verification is left to your team.
Reading of the information, even from a mediocre photo.
Reading of the MRZ, validation of its check digits and comparison with the fields read on the document.

Liveness: a challenge of randomly drawn head movements, verified frame by frame on our servers (nose parallax, identity continuity between frames). A suspicious capture goes to human review, never to approval.

A short, closed questionnaire: employment status, sector, income, source of funds, expected amounts, political exposure, tax residence. Per-country variants are under study.
The documents requested follow from the answers: payslip, bank statements, inheritance deed, winnings statement…

Answers are weighted by the risk level of the declared countries and sectors: those that call for enhanced due diligence are flagged.

To review, declined or photo to retake: the result arrives by signed webhook, with its reasons, and the approval is decided by your team.

A mediocre photo or an uncertain reading never leads to a decline: only to a retake or a review.
Automatic declines are limited to robust reasons, and you can turn them off.
Today every approval is decided by your team in the dashboard: automatic approval will only open once the engine is calibrated on an independent benchmark.
