Visiting the site

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies, and loads no script, font or content from a third party: your visit is shared with no one but us.

Like any web server, ours keeps technical logs (IP address, date, page requested), used only for its security.

Contact form

We collect your name, email, company, message and, if you provide them, your sector and volume of verifications, to answer your request and follow it up.

Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in answering you. Only our team has access to it. Your request is erased automatically 3 years after it was sent.

The form uses a session cookie and a token against request forgery, strictly necessary for its security; they expire with the session.

Recipients and location

Your data is not sold, rented or transferred. It is hosted in the European Union and does not leave it.

Your rights

You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its processing, ask for its restriction or portability, by writing to the contact given above.

You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

People verified by our clients

If you had your identity verified by one of our clients, that client is the controller and Sanno acts as a processor. The information shown at the start of the verification says how to reach them: send your requests to them. Those we receive, we forward to them.

To improve the reliability of our checks, our team may look at problematic verifications (to review, declined, retakes, failures), including the photos of documents. Every access is logged and appears in the client's audit log, and the client can ask us to remove this access.
