Who signs the contract

Official identity document read front and back, MRZ checked with its check digits, selfie compared with the photo on the document. Your team receives the photos, the data read and the discrepancies found.

The address on file

When your procedure requires a proof of address, it is photographed live, read, then compared with the declared address, with a match score. The age of the document is checked.

What we do not verify

No qualifications, no criminal record, no right to work, no references. A residence permit can be photographed: the capture is accepted and its verification is left to your team. We search no government records.

The same document on two accounts

When the same identity document appears on two accounts, both files are flagged for review. Your team decides whether it is a duplicate or a lent account.
